Commission-only Outside Sales Rep
1099 independent contractor. Individuals and agencies are welcome to apply.
What you will do
- Introduce owners of HVAC, plumbing and other service-trade companies to outsourced fleet management
- Work leads we provide along with your own network, using our sales materials
- Run your own schedule, methods and expenses as an independent business
Commission (each quarter)
- 10% on the first $100K closed per quarter
- 12% on closed sales from $100K to $250K
- 15% on closed sales above $250K
- Paid when the customer signs and their first payment clears
Please note
- Commission only: no base, no draw, no benefits
- Independent contractor relationship, not employment
- Non-exclusive territory
