Frequently asked questions

What is outsourced fleet management?

It means a dedicated team handles the work of running your vehicles, including buying or leasing, maintenance, repairs, registrations, claims, and reporting, so you and your staff do not have to. You still own or lease the vehicles and make the major decisions. We do the coordination.

How does Fleet Command help me save money?

By reducing breakdowns and downtime, scheduling maintenance more intelligently, reviewing repair estimates, tracking fuel and repair spend per vehicle, and showing you which vehicles are underused or costly. It also saves owner and staff time. We do not promise specific savings. The free fleet cost review shows where money is leaking in your fleet.

Do you work with long-haul trucking companies?

No. We focus on service businesses with vans, pickups, and light-to-medium work trucks, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, roofing, cleaning, local delivery, construction, and property management.

How big does my fleet need to be?

There is no strict minimum. If managing your vehicles is taking time away from running your business, a conversation is worth having. The free fleet cost review will show whether outsourcing makes sense for you.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your fleet and the services you need, so we do not publish a one-size-fits-all rate. Start with a free fleet cost review and we will provide a clear proposal, with no obligation.

Do I have to change my repair shops or vendors?

Not necessarily. If you have shops you trust, we can work with them. If you need better options, we will find and vet vendors for you.

Do you replace my existing leases or vehicles?

Not unless it makes sense. We start with the vehicles you have, then recommend changes only where they would reduce downtime or cost.

What happens when a vehicle breaks down?

Call us. We coordinate the tow or repair, keep you updated, and arrange a replacement vehicle when one is needed, so your crew can keep working.

What is in the monthly fleet report?

Vehicle-by-vehicle status, upcoming maintenance and renewals, spending on fuel, repairs, and maintenance, open issues, and our recommendations, in a format you can read in a few minutes.
